Asociacion ANDES is an NGO involved in the struggle and relief of poverty, biodiversity management, the recognition and strengthening of communal traditional rights on biocultural resources, and the promotion of institutional changes and policies relevant to conservation and development. It is a grantee-partner of the Swift Foundation. This is a loan to help purchase land for offices and a training center focused on indigenous knowledge and promoting biocultural diversity.
