The Biodiversity Alliance is a Latin American collective platform that brings together 13 key organizations and movements from the region that work in defense of biodiversity. The Biodiversity Alliance fundamentally directs its actions towards the social movements that lead the struggles in defense of their territories and for the construction of a peasant-based agroecological model of food production in Latin America. All the activities we carry out are part of communication, training/education, and critical analysis strategies, and tend to generate positive impacts in the development of capacities and participation in specific instances of defense of common goods and territories.
